They also tried to blame me at first saying if it a hardware problem it's usually the customers fault and I would need to pay. I can't get a refund until they have it back. Very disappointed. Customer support need a bit more knowledge in terms of what a PC is, not just numbers from a pdf file, but kind enough to transfer immediately to technical support where the issue was resolved. Received damaged laptop and request the new laptop or compensate and the same time request my student discount and they only respond to my email about the damaged n ignored my request for the student discount n I was kept sending emails n phone calls n never respond and always said the pass the details to relevant departments n they waited 2 months to respond and said I’m eligible for the student discount but they can’t give that coz it’s over 2 month which is they own fault and they not owning up to it and now I’m with damaged laptop with and also no student discount. The repair took a month as they send it to Germany for repair and they finally admitted it was a manufacturing defect. Unfortunately the configuration was mismatched and I requested for a return and refund. They sell you products knowing parts are missing (because they don't exist) making the product useless and then point blank refuse to either supply the missing part or give a refund. A tech company specializing in software and hardware doesn't have the technology to track if there is enough stock of a product before they advertise it on their site. I wanted a refund as I started to see how shoddy the craftship was, but as it was over a month they would only repair.
